11 residences, one way of running them
Vilaasa PGs and Flats provides a wide range of options from hostels, PGs to studio apartments to fully furnished flats. Have a look at our properties and choose for yourself.

What Vilaasa actually is
11 residences spread across Electronic City, Hoodi & ITPL, Bhoganhalli, Marathahalli and Kadubeesanahalli — every one of them within reach of the tech parks people move to Bengaluru for.
Rooms run from single to four sharing, and the rent starts anywhere between ₹7,000 and ₹17,000 depending on which you pick. Some addresses are women-only, one is men-only, and a few are co-living.
What separates it from a room in a house is the floor below yours: a gym, a study room, a conference room, a movie room. And a kitchen that cooks both veg and non-veg, with the menu set week by week.
