Questions people ask
Which room types do you have?
single, double, triple and four sharing, though not every residence has every one. The rooms page shows a real photograph of each type and which residences it is in.
What does a room cost?
From ₹7,000 a month for the cheapest shared room up to ₹17,000 to start at the single-occupancy addresses. The figure moves with the residence and the room type; the exact rent for your room is confirmed when you reserve.
Which parts of Bengaluru are you in?
Electronic City, Hoodi & ITPL, Bhoganhalli, Marathahalli and Kadubeesanahalli — all of them within reach of the tech parks people move here for. The residences page filters by neighbourhood.
Are the residences separate for men and women?
Most are one or the other, and a few are co-living. Every card carries a badge saying which, and the residences page can be filtered by it.
Is food included?
There is a kitchen serving veg food, non-veg food, weekly menu. Whether meals are part of your rent depends on the residence and the room, so confirm it on your visit — the food page has the detail.
Can I see a room before I commit?
Yes, and the photographs on this site are of the actual rooms rather than a showroom. Book a free visit and walk through the one you are considering.
How do I pay rent once I move in?
Through the RentOk app, which issues a receipt every time. Complaints go through the same app rather than a phone call, though the office number is on this site if you would rather ring it.
